Change of Mind Returns
We are happy to assist with a Change of Mind (COM) return, subject to the following policy:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 14 days after the item is delivered.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in an unopened condition.
- Restocking Fee: Please be aware that 10% of the order total ($__AUD) will be deducted as a restocking fee.
- Return Postage: The customer is responsible for covering the return postage cost to the address we provide.
- Refund Processing: The refund will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected by our supplier.
