Nordic Australia Collections offers a large range sourced through local warehouses, retail partners and global suppliers. Product dimensions, sizing, compatibility, materials, delivery details and return conditions can vary by item.

Order cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Orders can be processed quickly through local warehouses, retail partners and global suppliers. Once an order has been submitted for fulfilment, dispatched or committed to a supplier, cancellation or changes might not be possible.

A cancellation or change request is not confirmed until we approve it in writing.

Direct-imported products and products from global suppliers or Nordic partners

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

Change-of-mind returns for other products

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. Requests made within 14 days after delivery are assessed individually and remain subject to:

- the return conditions stated in the product description;
- the product type and condition;
- supplier approval and restrictions;
- fulfilment and logistics arrangements;
- whether the item can be safely and reasonably returned; and
- any hygiene, safety or resale restrictions.

Some products might have different product-specific return periods or conditions, including a longer period where stated in the product description. The product-specific conditions form part of the purchase terms for that item.

Some products cannot be returned for change of mind. These can include personalised or custom items, opened personal-care or hygiene products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, products with health or safety restrictions, clearance or final-sale products where permitted by law, and other items identified as non-returnable in the product description.

Conditions for an approved change-of-mind return

If a change-of-mind return is approved, the item must generally be:

- unused, unworn and unassembled;
- unopened where applicable;
- in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags and parts;
- free from damage, marks, odours or signs of use; and
- suitable for resale.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging before approving a return. Do not return an item until we provide written approval and return instructions. Items sent to an unauthorised address or returned without approval might not be accepted.

Return postage and restocking fees

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is generally responsible for return postage and any related transport costs.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the product, supplier, packaging, handling and logistics involved. Restocking fees are assessed case by case and will be disclosed before the return is confirmed. We may reduce or waive a restocking fee depending on the circumstances.

Original delivery charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, missing parts or materially different from its description. Include your order number and clear photographs or video where relevant so we can assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution. We will provide instructions before any item is returned.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

The change-of-mind conditions in this policy are separate from your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges might not be available because products can be fulfilled by different suppliers and locations. Where an exchange is not practical, we may ask you to complete an approved return and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return has been received and assessed. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, less any disclosed return postage or restocking fee that lawfully applies.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that a refund was issued, contact manager@nordicaustraliacollections.com.au.

How to request assistance

Email manager@nordicaustraliacollections.com.au  with:

- your order number;
- the product name;
- the reason for the request;
- photographs or video where relevant; and
- confirmation that the item and original packaging are available.

We will assess the request and provide the correct return address and instructions if the return is approved. Returns must not be sent to the contact address or any warehouse without prior written instructions.
