We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to assist with a Change of Mind (COM) return, subject to the following policy:

1. Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 14 days after the item is delivered.
2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in an unopened condition.
3. Restocking Fee: Please be aware that 10% of the order total ($__AUD) will be deducted as a restocking fee.
4. Return Postage: The customer is responsible for covering the return postage cost to the address we provide.
5. Refund Processing: The refund will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected by our supplier.
